So when will pre orders ship? Predictions?

Has anyone ordered from Samsung with trading in your old phone and have good success? Reason I ask is I've seen horror stories in the past of sending your old phone in for trade in and either they didn't credit the account or claim they didn't receive it or ineligible etc..... I've always gone through Best Buy before.

The horror stories aside. Most don't have any problems. Just be sure the trade in device meets all the requirements. Only once did I have a problem. As Samsung claimed I never sent it in. I just contacted them and after a while, they acknowledged that I did send it.

But otherwise I've traded in several phones, without a problem.

I wonder if they will allow the trade in of Two devices like they do with the Fold. I have a Tab S3 laying around I would like to unload. They were offering $140 for it late last year.

We will have our samsung.com orders in hand on Wednesday, February 23rd (first batch those get their orders in the early window).

Exceptions apply on certain high demand models or colors etc like every year.

Same. I think last year maybe I had a shipping label the Sunday before the release date. But overall was shipped Monday and I received Wednesday.

Every year I've received mine early and my S22U Unlocked Black 1TB is scheduled for Friday the 25th so I'm guessing Wednesday the 23rd.

Sounds like a loooong time, but it's only an extra week from the expected delivery of the other colors. Although that is long when everyone else has their new toy.
