I preordered an unlock Green S22 Ultra from Best Buy, and it has a should be ready by 4/1....this can't be right?
Has anyone ordered from Samsung with trading in your old phone and have good success? Reason I ask is I've seen horror stories in the past of sending your old phone in for trade in and either they didn't credit the account or claim they didn't receive it or ineligible etc..... I've always gone through Best Buy before.
I'm sure someone has answered this question by now, but I'll still tell you my experience.
I heard the horror stories you speak of years ago, and was reluctant to try it, but have since done in the past few years with success. I've bought and traded in my Samsung phones, including the Note models, all the way back to the S20 ultra with no problem. I've done it with Apple and Google with success also. It's sure a lot easier than selling on Swappa.
Yea mine fell off too. It was there yesterday and not now. I remember a few years ago 1 of the notes came like a week early before launch. Maybe Sammy ships early.Mid week would be nice. Lol

do you all think it's worthwhile, when ordering directly from samsung.com (with the trade-in), to pay the extra $15 or so to get it sooner? i've been tempted most years but would always forget in the last minute during order placement as i was just so happy that i was getting my order in really early! so each year, only AFTER placing my order, would i remember - oh darn it, i had that option!
wanted to hear your thoughts please. it's just that everything is just more and more money. it's a $1,500 phone, but with the trade-in of my S21 Ultra, maybe i'd have to pay, say, around $900 out of pocket. then, yet another $15 or $20 for a couple of days' faster shipping? mmm...
Shipping on 18th arriving 22nd. Only physical product I am getting so its the phone.

Unfortunately I've learned from past Samsung releases they don't go in order of when the order was placed. Doesn't mean it's not on track.I was successful pre-order around 5 mins after went live . And still showing PREORDER and cancel button still there ....
