I wouldn't be surprised, only reason I say that is because of the chip shortage. Samsung will focus on their orders and orders from carriers and then worry about 3rd party businesses like Best Buy. This chip shortage is a serious pain and causing problems everywhere.

Has anyone ordered from Samsung with trading in your old phone and have good success? Reason I ask is I've seen horror stories in the past of sending your old phone in for trade in and either they didn't credit the account or claim they didn't receive it or ineligible etc..... I've always gone through Best Buy before.

I've bought and traded in my Samsung phones, including the Note models, all the way back to the S20 ultra with no problem. I've done it with Apple and Google with success also. It's sure a lot easier than selling on Swappa.

I think the more interesting question is when we'll actually get our phones, due to issues with UPS and FedEx. We're still in a pandemic, and so many packages are being delayed.... overnight and 2nd day air are being affected, not just ground.

I've already made up my mind to be patient. I'm not stressing out.

Yea mine fell off too. It was there yesterday and not now. I remember a few years ago 1 of the notes came like a week early before launch. Maybe Sammy ships early.Mid week would be nice. Lol

The cancel option is still available on mine ordered on the 9th of February however I'm pressing nowhere near that button !

do you all think it's worthwhile, when ordering directly from samsung.com (with the trade-in), to pay the extra $15 or so to get it sooner? i've been tempted most years but would always forget in the last minute during order placement as i was just so happy that i was getting my order in really early! so each year, only AFTER placing my order, would i remember - oh darn it, i had that option!

wanted to hear your thoughts please. it's just that everything is just more and more money. it's a $1,500 phone, but with the trade-in of my S21 Ultra, maybe i'd have to pay, say, around $900 out of pocket. then, yet another $15 or $20 for a couple of days' faster shipping? mmm...

My thought is it gets here when it gets here. I'm pretty free with my money but I would not pay to get it sooner. That's not to suggest you or anyone shouldn't. I just don't see a need or desire to do so.

Fedex advanced shipment tracking. Logged in and there it was. yes ordered directly from samsung

I was successful pre-order around 5 mins after went live . And still showing PREORDER and cancel button still there ....

Unfortunately I've learned from past Samsung releases they don't go in order of when the order was placed. Doesn't mean it's not on track.
