As a heads up I was able to activate my N8 without even having to log into Sprint. You LITERALLY log into your account from your N8 and select which phone you want to replace. Took all of 2 mins? I don't remember the N7 giving me that option last year.

Received my phone about 8 pm last night. Finally finished setup and installing everything by 11. I actually had to wait 30 minutes to speak with a rep because I was not able to activate to my account.

Yeah its sweet. My S8+ did the same when I switched from the S7 Edge.

You know, i did the online chat with them and told them i am switching all 5 of my lines to Verizon. The next day i tried to see if I can do it. Sure as ****, was able to do a upgrade and not owe them money lol. So i spoke on an online chat and They would charge my account for what I owed. I would then send the phone back amd they will credit me for the balance once the recieve the phone. I emailed the copy of our conversation. In case they try doing some suspect things. Lol

After going to the store after work and getting denied, I hounded Sprint on Twitter and Facebook until they got me in an individual chat. They asked me a few questions, like "did you ask to speak to a manager" & they wanted my tracking number + the address of the store it was shipped to.

By the end of the chat, they'd called the store and confirmed to the employees to that the preordered devices were released to the customers that ordered them. Drove back to the store & they immediately went to the back and grabbed my phone and started processing me

I just ordered mine this morning, hoping to get a tracking number this evening. I paid for next day delivery. I'm hoping it'll be here by tomorrow but I'll be happy anytime before the weekend. I've been without an Spen for a year, I can hardly stand it any longer!

Due for an upgrade in November 1 2018. Haggle with sprint sales until transferred to their accounts department. No disrespect but I had an English speaking guy who knew what he was doing. I can assure you I had my last 2 months on my lease waved, ordered the black note 8, e signed. Recieved all my confirmations, and now just waiting for it to be shipped. It says 9/5/18 shipping date but we all know that's considered some type of preliminary shipping and back ordered date.
I don't know what the magician did, but my new phone has been ordered. S6 edge plus in excellent condition, and will return with the 30 days after receiving my note 8. I have confirmed this with Sales, accounting and Telesales. Patience seems to be the hardest thing. Having this s6 edge plus has been the best phone I've ever had. Samsung just does it better and I've had just about them all.
Update, phone shipped 1201 est.

My Spigen case arrived today. My tracking info updated. I should recieve it by end of day tomorrow.

Mine touched down at local hub before 10 pm.. now do i wait for my full protection skin.. or strap a different case on it.. lol
