Man I want it lol, but I don't want to clear Google frameworks. I'd rather avoid screwing up some apps. :/ guess it's the wait for me.

Did the framework fix. Got update. Installed it. Rebooted. Rebooted. And then applied LG Backup Restore.

All Google Apps back to normal.

Just to let everyone who hasn't got the 4.4.2 update yet know, the method where you clear Google Services Framework date: it works. You might have to do it three or four time or more in a row but it works. I am updating right now. I had been checking for the update all day, and I tried this method once, didn't work and I gave up. Then, I went to another site and seen that if you do this a couple of times in a row, it will work. I did it 4 times and I finally got the OTA update. I'm updating as we speak and I've only had my phone for about a week

Yeah, but you're screwing up your notifications from Google Services by doing it that way.

I agree. I would rather wait than do something that will hurt my phone.

Yep, then they'll scream that the update sucks and want to roll back. Lol.

Doesn't it only mess with Google services temporarily? A week or two and its back to normal is what thought or did I misunderstand what I read?

What is ATR?

I read about it a while ago that it is a part of the KitKat program that makes apps load faster and run smoother. But the draw back is that the apps take up more space. Or something like that, I could be wrong.

ART is essentially a whole new alternative to Davlik. If you're not familiar with Root, Custom ROM, and Custom Recovery, it may not mean much to you. https://source.android.com/devices/tech/dalvik/art.html
