No phone is perfect and defective devices are always out there this is why there should be a lemon law for electronics.
It depends. If I see enough people complaining about the exact same issue I start to take them seriously like the nexus 7 touchscreen defect was real. Seen a few so far here talking about the headphone jack, so we'll see how that progresses as more G3s are sold.I question those threads because I think it's just a fanboy move, are they even real. Remember, Samsung got busted for it.
I personally, had issues with the M8 and Z2 as much as I love them it didn't work out. So, why would I go to the forum and post, "I hate this/that, I had so much problems...I'M GOING BACK TO MY S5."
Nothing personal.
The lemon law is already in place it's called a return/exchange policy.Best idea ever.

The rights afforded to consumers by lemon laws may exceed the warranties expressed in purchase contractsThe lemon law is already in place it's called a return/exchange policy.
Bembol isn't referring to legitimate concerns, he's talking out the rage posts broadcasting the user's intent to buy another brand. So when you have a device that is giving you problems and you create a post about it will you fall into the category you described above, or will it be legitimate because it's coming from you?
seems like there are a lot of negative issues with the hardware of LG G3, going to stick with Galaxy S5 and its Mini
