I question those threads because I think it's just a fanboy move, are they even real. Remember, Samsung got busted for it.

I personally, had issues with the M8 and Z2 as much as I love them it didn't work out. So, why would I go to the forum and post, "I hate this/that, I had so much problems...I'M GOING BACK TO MY S5."

No phone is perfect and defective devices are always out there this is why there should be a lemon law for electronics.

Am I missing something, can't you exchange/return it? I exchanged my first S5.

It depends. If I see enough people complaining about the exact same issue I start to take them seriously like the nexus 7 touchscreen defect was real. Seen a few so far here talking about the headphone jack, so we'll see how that progresses as more G3s are sold.

Show me any phone that gets released and had no issues. People come to forums when they get new phones. Either they're not sure how to do something, they're new to the particular phone or android platform or they possibly have a defective unit.

It's less likely (except for us die hard fans) for someone to seek out a phone forum just to say they like their phone.
