The Marshmallow Update just bricked my Moto G 2014

Last night I was excited to download the Marshmallow Update on my Moto G 2nd Gen. The install was supposed to take around ten minutes, but I noticed it was happening rather quickly, 4 minutes tops, and when the phone rebooted, I got the dreaded "No Command" screen with the sad Android lying down. I tried looking up some tips on factory resetting the phone, but the phone just keeps rebooting and showing that same screen. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else who owns the device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what you've described, I am guessing that your only option is to reload the factory image... Not sure the steps as I've never loaded a Moto G myself. I'm hoping someone here that's done it will chime in and give a hand. All else fails, head over to the Moto G 2014 forum on XDA Developers.

Ok.... I have fixed mine via the following way.... It was pretty easy...

Restore Stock Firmware on Moto G 2014 (XT1063 / XT1064 / XT1068 / XT1069) in One Click - droidguiding

One question, in step 1 of the page you step, says:

1. Download [HERE] and install driver for Motorola Moto G on your computer.

And it sends this link: Moto G (1st Generation) - Software & Drivers

But that's the Motorola Moto G 1st generation, serves also for second generation (2014)?

Or should I use this link to search self: Moto G (2nd Generation) - Software & Drivers

That tells me?

Just go to the motorola service center and ask them to resolve the issue. They might charge you for the same. Somewhere about Rs500.
I would suggest you not to experiment anything by yourself.
