Yeah, I was just doing a little "messing" back to them as my frustration level with release dates continues.....does that make me a bad person? Well, too bad if it does.....this is a PR/Marketing disaster for them...I almost feel bad for the reps that have to field questions all day long.
I think if they didn't start advertising the phone yet on tv and the internet i wouldn't be so mad that there is not a release date yet.
I also hope the 24th is still true ( maybe even the 28th) but i would hope i would start seeing leaked photos of the stock at vzw stores. lets hope im wrong and it comes out thursday.

I've read several times Verizon stores get new phones a day before launch so the 24th could technically happen, but you know, that was just from another random source!
Too much speculation going around.
Material has already been handed out for employees to train on the Thunderbolt and the Xoom.
No, it doesn't. In order for the Xoom to receive LTE it needs a hardware upgrade at a VZW store, to come later.

Thunderbolt delayed until March direct from vzw
Ok so I have another account but I will use this one so as not to reveal name or other info that could get my spouse in trouble
I was just shown an email on her corp verizon email account since my wife works at verizon corp store.
The email says the thunderbolt launch date changed.
"The date for the Thunderbolt has been pushed into March. No official date at this time"
I am so excited for this phone but looks like it wont show up on the 24th now
and this email was sent in the last 4 hours so its the most up to date info she has been given.....
