Realistic is good. I just want to be optimistic on this. I don't have anything to lose really. Just more time with my beloved BlackBerry.

yeah im enjoying the good news, but blackmanx aint the one that puts it in stores. but they are running out time to meet the q1 release. then its officially a botched release.

Trust me you don't want to go back once you switch... I've been using my old BB as a backup until the TB gets released and its torture. I miss my Droid... Die hard Crackberrians have problems letting go. I was at that phase for a long time and was also in denial. Defended RIM to the fullest and abused the Android platform. I'd rather switch to an iPhone before I ever go back to Crapberry.
i doubt you'll go back when the majority don't even consider blackberry true smart phones anymore lol

My blackberry experiance has been great. I want to switch to the Thunderbolt to try something different. I was a cell phone junkie before the BB's. I just hope I like the Andriod OS as much as the BB. Change is hard for me at this stage because I am so familiar with the BB Os
just when ever you hear people talking about smartphones its never blackberry anymore they used to be top dog in smart phone biz, but now its like there bottom of the barrel even when Engadget did a article about smartphone market share i believe it was they left out blackberry and even made a note at bottom apologizing for leaving out RIM but they felt RIM wasn't really competition in smart phone market anymore

I dont even bother using my storm 1 for the internet unless it is just searching a quick site...it times out, loads slow, just a big waste of time. I can't wait to have a phone that does real internet, I would love to be watching tv with the wife while checking this site, etc. that would be cool.
I'm not sure if anyone else brought this up, but am I the only one who thinks that we might see a release date tonight on TV? Considering the Oscars get more viewers than anything but the Super Bowl, tonight would be a good time to drop that news on TV, to get people excited. We usually see a few big commercials during the Oscars (iPhone announcement one year if I recall?). I obviously won't be shocked if it doesn't happen, but I think it's a possibility.
Ok ok, I feel like a maroon posting this, but has the Thunderbolt page on VZW always sent the lightning wherever your mouse is on the screen? I never noticed that before...I was trying to decide if the lightning bolts seemed to be coming faster than before and then saw all the blurbs pop up when I moved my mouse on the screen. Please don't crucify me! LOL
Good chance but we all said that about the Super Bowl and with everything else most of us arent going to hold our breath on this one.

Thanks RichardClark...and I'm jealous - you're in Charlotte and will actually be able to experience TB on LTE, whereas I'm in Raleigh area and have to wait wait wait...
