Maybe already been mentioned , but the current HTC/Verizon add on TV, the date on the Thunderbolt phone in the ad is Wed, Mar 16.

Just say'n.

Sure hope it's the 10th! I have a TB on preorder at Best Buy since day 1!

I imagine they're trolling the forums. And they also have been keeping track of the pre-orders. My local Verizon store said they have over 100 pre-orders. Well, at $100 a pop that's an easy $10k revenue. The word is definitely out and they know it.

When did VZW stores start taking preorders for the TB? And a $100 deposit??

This is the ad, but I saw the commercial on on my HD TV, still a bit blurry, but that is what it says. I am not putting any meaning to it, just pointing it out.

I can attest to it, if that counts for anything . I Paused it on my DVR, and it clearly says Wed. March 16...I then ran to my calender, and surely enough, 2011 does have a Wed. March 16. Usually they put in random dates with random days so there is no correlation to the current calender year.

Ahh i see were at it again eh. Well, it says arrive at 8. 8 days from now is saturday. Thunderbolt is 2 words. 8-2 is 6. 6 days from now is Thursday.

Yaa..I'm the one that posted the vid and I have it recorded on my dvr. Pretty sure it said march 16. Going off memory of what I saw though. And if you want to see it, I've been seeing it on primetime tv all the time, especially CBS and ESPN. I don't think it has any relevance though...As we've seen before, they don't even know whats going on.

Spoke to the HTC rep today and they told us that they will be having reps in our verizon stores on the 19th, Which means that the phone will be out before then.

Verizon updated their website a couple of minutes ago. No mention of the Thunderbolt, but they are now advertising the iPad2.

Anyone surprised? I know I'm not.
