Are you able to post anything that accepts the very basic fact that Verizon has not announced any specific release date, other than to say that the phone will be released by the end of the year?

Seeing as how most of my posts involve general discussion and not arrogant, condescending, mean remarks that disregard the ample amount of internal documents that have evidenced earlier dates, yes, I am capable of posting things unrelated to the apparent delays that have likely occurred with the Nexus.

The ample amounts of internal documents? Oh please, that is simply naive to believe that what has been presented are anything other than doctored up items. Keep trying though. I'm sorry that you find honest statements of fact to be arrogant or condescending. I pity people who are so easily taken in.

Unfortunately, at the end of the day, it doesn't change the fact that the phone hasn't been released, and will more than likely not be offered in pre-sale today either.

Yeah, I'm sure when Verizon announced the phone in mid-October they were definitely planning on waiting two months to release. If you want to ignore/dismiss everything we've seen from reputable sources like BMX, fine, but you don't need to be a jackass about doing it. Everyone here is aware VZW didn't release an official date...but that doesn't mean they haven't pushed their internal date back/not handled this phone smoothly.

If we hit January 1, 2012 without the device being released, then you can legitimately make that claim and it would be a fact.

Verizon has done nothing wrong because they haven't released any dates except that it will come out this year. However they have probably delayed it internally as well, even though there is no way to conclusively prove this.

Stop calling every phone a flagship. It's not. It's simply a collaboration between 3 companies. Just because you want a phone oh so bad doesn't make it the ultimate, bet all your chips on black, supreme final fantasy of a phone for a given company.

Like it or not, Verizon is the biggest game in town. Samsung is probably miffed right now, but they'll be back with their next device. Actually, the way this is going, their next device will probably be released before this one.

True. But, the post I was responding too, claimed that the phone is delayed. If that is true, evidence is required to support that claim, or the claim is yet another rumor with little to no substance to back it up.

Recent update to android version 4.0.2, an applicable update which I read was only to Verizons SCH-I515. I'm fairly certain you know what rumor this likely addresses. It's not something Verizon would ever fess up, pre release, about one of their apps. but I think it's transparent enough to be indicative that not everything needs to come out of their mouths to make the case.

Are you positive that the Galaxy Nexus not being released in your timetable is Verizon and not Samsung, or Google?
