Why don't you hold off a few days to make sure this is what you want, no buyer remorse. You have time, maybe wait till Monday at least. As someone else said, they have it boxed up and ready to go but waiting till Monday to make sure there isn't a better deal released after pre-order.

I am also. It appears the battery life is going to be good. It's beating my fold 4 and this was first day of use

Lol that was me, I'm pretty sure there will be a new deal after pre-order ends. We will have to make sure we keep our options open so that we can return and reorder if it's a significant better deal or ask them to honor the larger trade-in or something like that.

I'm guessing $650 trade-in for S22 Ultra. Let's see. I might still keep the pre-order deal given that I got the free buds 2 pro with the $150 credit and free 512 GB storage upgrade. We will know this Friday.

I'm guessing you are close.

I got the $500 trade in, $50 reserve credit, the ear buds, the memory upgrade, plus an additional $50 promo credit a rep gave me. I don't think the deal will be better then what I got. I was at $650 then I get $95 from ratuken. I don't think I will be able to do better.

Usually the deal after preorder is less cash to spend and no freebies, but value is close to the same.

My advice to wait is mainly for making sure you like the new phone before you lose your trade in.

Im finding it difficult to let my S21U trade in go to samsung, Its the 512 unlocked and it is still like new with not a scratch or ding anywhere. Samsung only offering $380 trade in With my 150 credit i had got the s view and the leather case for the s23u and they are garbage ! Sending those back,lol. Waiting for my dbrand case to ship whenever that will be. Got a SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Case to run temporarily for now.

The trade in on the fold 4 stayed at $750. The trade in for the S22U went up to $600. You lose the memory upgrade and keep the $100 accessory credit.

I'm happy with the pre-order promos. Ordering now looks to be $80 more if you do the 512 memory upgrade. If you are trading a fold 4 you're losing $180 as that trade in remained at $750.

See what they give when Fold 5 comes out if no Spen slot I'll be keeping the Fold 4 longer which I'm absolutely fine with.

Mine is boxed, but I'm waiting a little to make sure nothing goes wrong or I decide to return the S23U. There's plenty of time to send the trade in phone in.

I'm hoping for a better trade-in when the new Flip comes out. I'll still have to take a loss on trade-in value because of the broken hinge but I think bottom line is most likely those crazy trade-in value days are behind us and just know going in will have to pay more out of pocket.(and grumble and mumble about it along the way!)

You should get an email the day you are scheduled to receive your new phone. The email says "Welcome to the Samsung Trade-in Program". There is a link to print your label for the return of your trade-in.

My phone came on the 13th and I got the email the same day.

Already shipped back my trade-in and it has been received according to FexEx. I haven't got an email from Samsung yet. They will send one when the receive it in their system and after they inspect it they will send you an email saying that the trade-in is complete (or reject it).

And be patient. Your have 15 days to return the trade in. That means the tracking number on the trade in shipment has to go live on day 15. Wait 8 to 10 days just to be sure you want to keep it. There's no race but some seem to think it is.

I was able to get my $1000 trade in with TMobile today picked up a s23 plus really the same device but I prefer the flat screen over the curved with a screen saver fingerprints work better.
