Trying to bypass FRP on Samsung Galaxy SM-T580

Someone has given me two practically new Galaxy T-580 tablets and of course they both want the old Google info to log in to them, which I don't have. I Can't get passed that Google screen. I wanna root or wipe it, but I can't even get my PC (Windows 10) to recognize the device. I've tried every Samsung USB drivers possible. When you plug the USB in, you can hear the two beeps acknowledging it's connecting, but it just won't show up in Windows 10. Help.

I would wonder where this "someone" obtained these devices, and would be concerned that they could be stolen property.
