When I checked my status it states"
"Your order requires some validations in order to complete processing. To expedite processing, please call 866-456-0575 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays or 1:00 p.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST on Sundays."
I'm definitely calling them at 8am in the morning..7am my time. But do anyone know what this can be?
I'm not sure, but I think when I was on my parent's account and they added me, a Sprint customer Rep called them to verify the order. The Sprint Rep basically just confirmed with my parents that they were starting another line of service and went over what it' was gonna cost and that's about....I wish I could remember cause i don't want anything to get messed up.
Oh and the order is submitted....if that helps but do anybody know what this may means and have
anybody else got that message when you check order status?
