maybe if everyone stops refreshing the page every half a second it will come back up.. :) its almost to the point its like a ddos attack on their servers just cause were all too excited! lol
 
I'm still trying here... the option to add a line and purchase the phone is not there even though it's spelled out in the pricing. Really aggravating...
 
When I checked my status it states"

"Your order requires some validations in order to complete processing. To expedite processing, please call 866-456-0575 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays or 1:00 p.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST on Sundays."

I'm definitely calling them at 8am in the morning..7am my time. But do anyone know what this can be?

I'm not sure, but I think when I was on my parent's account and they added me, a Sprint customer Rep called them to verify the order. The Sprint Rep basically just confirmed with my parents that they were starting another line of service and went over what it' was gonna cost and that's about....I wish I could remember cause i don't want anything to get messed up.

Oh and the order is submitted....if that helps but do anybody know what this may means and have
anybody else got that message when you check order status?
 
when i use that link i get a message saying that phone is not supported in my zip code, which is chicago il, i have no idea what is going on with the site
Click on the Upgrade/Replace checkbox next to the EVO 3d grid display...it should then take you into the ordering process. That is what I used to order and it worked.

i dont get that at all, when i load the page i get a yellow bar up top that says its not available and then shows me all the other phones sprint offers.
 
Has anyone had any success adding a new line to their account and buying the phone? I really don't want to plunk down $550 if I don't have to...
