sorry, but could i ask you elaborate more on EVERYBODY trying to get it out of our hands? are you being told by management to ask for it back from customers who come in and are interested in the situation, or just offering a refund? seems without a true recall, this is more a legal issue or quality failure as the watch gets older. even a major quality issue would likely see a recall to those who've already received it, right?
Not sure if this was already asked. Can buyers still return the watch for full refund say after 6 months whether or not they receive an email from AT&T on the recall? When I say everybody I'm referring to Att, verizon and LG collectively. Honestly the device wasn't flying off shelves our store sold 2 including mine It was just a niche item so it's not like we're asking each individual customer to bring it back the majority of our customers never knew it was released or what it was anyway. customers whose email address is updated on their accounts will receive an email informing them of the cancellation / voluntary recall. It doesn't seem like a legal thing.

Don't know that I totally agree with you. Has every single purchaser of this watch even been notified that LG wants the watches back? I happen if know about at&t offering full refunds cause I follow forums like this one, but I haven't been notified yet, and Friday is my last day for a 14 day return.Nope the regular 14 day return period will apply. No restock fee will be applied and the bill credit will auto generate. In 1-2 billing cycles. Pretty sure if you have anything warranty issues they will be forwarded to LG after that if you neglect to return it during this grace period

I completely agree with your suggestion. Still wonder what happens if LG officially recalls product. I think at&t has to take them back, concrete policy or not.I can't speak on whether or not everyone has been notified or not I work for the company and haven't received any notification other than what I see at work but your return date is concrete so if you plan on returning it I suggest you do it by the end of your 14 days.

This! That's how recalls work. They go back to the manufacturer, not to the place you bought it from. You also usually have to wait for a mailed check as opposed to getting the money back on your card.Actually at that point I'm sure you'll be referred to LG. Like when the iPhone had the bad batteries on the 5 we referred everyone outside of their return period back to Apple

How is the screen on the Gear S2 vs the Watch Urbane Second Edition LTE; I really don't want to return mine but if it is a "unidentified hardware issue", I am not sure I want to take a chance. If they narrowed it down and explained what the hardware issue was, that would be different.
both have very nice displays. Very nice. I'd say the U2LTE's might be nicer cause it is larger. I'd say the S2's might be nicer cause of auto brightness. How is the screen on the Gear S2 vs the Watch Urbane Second Edition LTE; I really don't want to return mine but if it is a "unidentified hardware issue", I am not sure I want to take a chance.
