Honestly the update tool is going to think you ARE on VD baseband because you are running reborn rom. I would advise you to flash either nROM or ThunderROM and update from there. I have a feeling you are really on VC and the update tool isnt able to recognize it because Reborn ROM is signed for VD.... Make sense??


All your issues sound like symptoms of what im talking about. Using a VD ROM on VC Baseband....

Good luck. It can be confusing if you didnt start off all of this with rooting and installing custom recovery. You were thrown into it without the previous knowledge of how it was done. If you need anymore help let me know, but it looks like you are getting it and Kraven and Manny are helping.

Yea.. Its time to flash a baseband equivalent ROM and work from there. You can flash sexy Reborn ROM later once u are updated properly

Flash back to either ThundeROM or nROM. if you still have nROM on the sd card go with that.

maybe i am in florida so I have good network but it does suck.sometimes


did u do a profile update also and then reboot but dont worry right now about that lets.get u in the right direction first it might be the software that is y u maybe having low coverage

Thunderrom 1.7 is VC based, need to find that or the Nrom that was VC based.

yea lol I just looked at that as well LMAO. You can use either one... nROM or Lego ROM as Kraven has stated. Up to you. They are both the correct baseband to start with.
