No data at all here in North Texas. Was 1X now just 3 bars. Called Verizon support but a recording said they were aware of issues and were working them. So I hung up.

I did the ##778# enable revA, while it's showing 3G, I'm not buying it. I've been downloading the 2.76mb facebook update for about 6 minutes now...

Verizon's 4G network is still down after experiencing problems yesterday, shutting out around 500,000.

In a tweet, Verizon said it is aware of the outage, and is working on a fix.

Right now there's only one 4G phone, the HTC Thunderbolt, that can run on the network. (That changes tomorrow with the release of Samsung's DROID Charge.)

There's also a 4G wifi hotspot and two USB modems.

Thunderbolt owners are reporting that their phones are only running at "1x," which is slower than 3G.

We'll let you know as soon as Verizon says the network is up and running again

Outside of Cleveland Ohio. Only had 1x for several hours this morning, restarted phone about 20 mins ago and upon boot up, had 3x for about 2minutes; it's gone again!!

Only showing 1x now :'(

I should have him run a speed test to see if he is actually getting 4g speeds. Will check.

He ran a test and is pulling 10down 15up. His 4g is working fine. very strange. Mine is still on 1x.

Normally full 4G here. Stuck on 1x it seems. All other Verizon phones in my office have full 3G. Rebooted and pulled battery to no avail.

Still just 1X goodness here in New York City. Switched to Rev A for now so I can at least have 3G service. There was a moment when I thought that Verizon was screwing with those of us who had upgraded to the leaked radio.

Was 1X here in Boston. I did the enable Rev A thing (##778#) and committed the changes. Was still 1X when the phone rebooted but I am not up on 3G. So, for those of you having that issue, give is about 5 mins and see if you have 3G.

Well, I'm back on 3G (without any fixes). It hasn't auto-switched to 4G yet though.

Edit: We'll it was nice while it lasted. Back to no data at all.

Edit 2: Bouncing between 3G and nothing.
