Weird image showing on screen. Can't use phone. Please help !!

Hello, everyone.

My girlfriend just showed me the picture below saying that that image started showing out of the blue for no reason. As a result, she can't use her phone. She tried removing the battery and putting it on again but it didn't work.

Any ideas??

is this phone new? You might want to call LG they can fix it.

This isue is caused by an issue in the bottom module. Have you got any other modules? It may be worth checking them out to see if they fix your issue

Welcome to the forums! And I agree - check your modules and see if inserting another or tweaking around with them solves anything. Maybe it's not inserted all the way?
