What color Note 8 should you buy?

I took some photos in best buy of the Orchid Grey Note 8 next to the s8. Hope this helps someone. I much prefer the S8 color.

Am I the only one who's gonna put a case on my 1K investment? If you case the phone (which I can't imagine NOT doing), then the only part of the phone that's color is going to be seen is the back.
This phone is all screen.
So, it could be chartreuse and orange and it wouldn't matter.
The case color is what I'm going to focus on.

I like the black, then the camera all blends in nicely instead of looking like a huge blackhead on the back!

which is why I usually buy black. haven't ordered yet so still time. watch me end up with black again.

I'm getting the black one. Love the slick look of it. I was eyeing the gray one too, but sticking with black. Can't go wrong with that color.

I think the black is stealthy. It hides all the sensors, and the black bar for the camera

I got black because that was all that was available in the unlocked version on Samsung.com

I actually prefer the orchid grey for the note 8. I have a hand bag in a similar colour.

I'm suprised Samsung haven't done a red phone yet.

Thank you for the comparison. It stinks that the US only gets 2 options. I have the S8+ in gray and like many, prefer it's variation to that of the Note. I still went with the gray because I'm tired of black phones.

I pulled the plug. I pre-ordered the Orchid Gray. I can work with whatever the purple hue is. Seems it will be a nice enough color either way for my likes.

I'm going with black, I was thinking about gold but like alot have said, a case will just cancel any colour out (non clear that is) My work means it's going to need good protection.
My initial preference was silver but it's not available just now.

If in the U.S. you only have 2 options(for now) black & orchid grey. I went with black cause I plan on throwing a skin on. I won't see the grey if I went with that.

I use a clear case so that I can enjoy the color. That"s why I was so initially disappointed about the color choice since I wanted blue. But once I saw the gray, I think it will look pretty nice, with whatever the purple hues are. As long as tbere is a hint of purple, it sounds like enough a nice color that I did not feel I need to wait it out to see if the blue will hit the US. I bet it will in a few months and I am sure it's beautiful and it would have been my fitst choice but I think I will be fine with the gray or I would have truly waited it out to see.

We don't have the grey in the UK but it does look nice in videos and pics better than the orchid grey from the S8 imo.
