What does you AT&T order status say?

Ordered mine at 12:31 am on 8/3 and no change. Still says preparing to ship with shipping dates 8/17 or 8/18. It does not say back ordered. I ordered blue coral. Those that say back ordered, what color did you order?

So my husband wanted to go to the at&t store today just to check out stuff and ask a couple questions. She said that I won't get charged taxes until the phone is on the way or already on my doorstep.

It's the first time I did this preorder thing and I'm anxious and now you're saying At&t is always last @bobxxz lol

This morning I have 2 emails from at&t. One about account summary and one about my directv order.... Which was last March. Lol. So there is something happening. Fingers crossed for shipping today!

My order still says the same. Ordered on the fifth and says expected ship date as the seventeenth to eighteenth. Guess it's just a matter of time now

I wouldn't get your hopes up people. We probably won't get the n7 until Thursday or Friday. AT&T is always last when it comes to shipping.

While I don't have a "back ordered" message, I haven't been charged and my n7 is still "preparing to ship." Keep us updated if anybody sees any changes!

I was just told by an AT&T rep online that my order for the Note 7 will not ship until the 29th. But my order online still says the 17-18th

I ordered mine on the 4th and it was silver. another rep just told me that most of these are not going out until the 29th

I'd say the rep is not correct. There is no way they would ship 10 days after launch. I can see some people receiving their phones next week, but not shipping until the 29th is absurd.

At&t is about to lose me as a new customer. How can almost everyone else be sending out the oh ok nest and they have no idea what's going on. Looks like I will cancel order and stay with verizon

I just called their Ecom order folks @ 866-267-4510 and they were unable to provide me any information other then what is on my status already..I told them 2 reps told me the 29th..and they could not confirm or deny..just said..hang tight
