Just called and they said it will be sent today or tomorrow. Also told me it will take 3 to 5 business days. I laughed and said good luck keeping me as a new customer if that's the case.

I'm going to contact AT&T to see if they'll release the IMEI numbers so that I can get a jumpstart on the Samsung 256GB microSD promotion.
Been checking AT&T order status for days with no updates. Fortunately, since I already had a UPS account, I got this alert. I put in request to UPS so that I can pick it up directly from the UPS Store. Delivery is set for this Friday by end of day. NOTHING yet from AT&T on delivery status updates.

There's like half a dozen ATT stores in that area haaa !?! Rt 4 , Rt 17 , Garden State Mall , Bergen Mall ???
I'm sure there'll be more than enough Note 7s on Friday to be picked up !!!!

You need the IMEI and the MAC address.
SHIPPED!!! Woo hoo... My ATT status page says it was done on the 14th... but... no... Will be here tomorrow. Coming FedEx, which seems to be tomorrow and not the next day.
I did pay for next day shipping... cause I'm like that... Not rich, just impatient.

Would have to agree. The point of a preorder is to get the phone on launch day.
What would be the point in pre-ordering if I get the phone 3-5 days after it launched? I could just go to the store on launch day and buy the phone like everyone else. I mean it's an android phone. It won't sell out.
I just called att and the rep was nice and said that while my phone isn't back ordered like the automated service said it was, my phone has not shipped yet. She said it could be 3-5 days which is disappointing, but I'm not canceling service over it.
If it really doesn't come on or before launch day I just won't be preordering again from att.

Pre ordered on the 5th and being given the run around is a legitimate reason to be upset with a company especially when your paying 900 for an item. Not sure why I shouldn't be a little upset
Because it's not the 19th yet and your getting upset and overreacting when you should just chill out and wait.
Its worth a shot. It only took me about 5 mins. Just call 1-866-267-4510. After it gives you your order status (will prolly say backordered) hit zero to get a person.
She actually said today or tomorrow, but I will be shocked if it comes in today
I called and talked to a person. He said that since I ordered mine from a store (vs. online), he has limited information. Basically all he could tell me was that it will ship either today or tomorrow (matching the AT&T web "check my order" status page dates of 17th - 18th).
