What is your AT&T order status?

^im a premier account holder and it ordered my media link fine. it was sold out the first day they opened preorders and i was able to order the evening of the 5th. the first day i tried it said i had to add the media link manually and when i got to that step it was sold out. when i tried the next day it added the media link automatically and showed it in my cart right before checking out.

I only made the order yesterday though, they anticipated it wouldn't ship for at least a week.

I posted this at XDA - because my order also is not showing the Medialink-

AT&T site had trouble with Premier preorders for the first hour or so then they fixed the site. I was struggling to get my order through and had worked with both chat and phone support to finally get the order after about an hour of effort.

Today I saw a screen cap of another persons order and it showed the Free HTC Media Link HD Wireless HDMI Adapter. My order only has the phone and the sim.

I called AT&T and they said you must not have selected to add the free accessory. I told them there was no option to do it and I have the chat record from the person walking through the order. They basically said too bad - your mistake. So I asked for a supervisor who also pushed back saying all I could do is cancel and reorder but that would move me to the back of the line.

After logically walking through the issue she offered to add a note to my account saying if the Media Link HD came back in stock within one month they would ship it to me for free but I would have to follow up to see if it is available....

So if you are on a Premier account I suggest you check your order status to see if you got the Media Link HD.

Yeah I had the same problem. When I called all they would tell me is that the promotion is already over. They said that "its only a limited promotion, while supplies last".

i just preordered a 64gig one and media link 2 days ago at a att store and my order info looks just like the last image you posted, pending shipment...

Mine was shipped but it might be due that it was on a different order than the HTC One since they forgot to add it when i pre ordered it. Yours will probably ship with the phone at the same time.

Mines says tracking status pending shipping and I ordered it on the 4/5 with two day shipping. I am in DC if that makes any difference.

They'll most likely ship on the 16th with 2-3 day shipping to ensure we get it by launch. Would be nice to get a day early, though.

If I'm correct AT&T only uses FedEx and UPS..

And someone must be there to sign at the delivery location.

what about if no one home because by the time the fedex or ups coming I should be at my work..

If what I said is correct then FedEx or UPS will attempt another delivery the next day for 4 days.. After that it will get sent back to the shipper

But you can always call UPS or FedEx and have them hold it for you for pick up. In case you aren't home at a local pick up
