Lost tethering. Portable Wi-Fi hotspot widget from taiseiko brings up Verizon nag-screen now. Feel the love!

The stock hotspot tethering app should still work, some people are talking about 3rd party tethering apps like FoxFi not working.
Verizon removed the Tabbed Settings... Ugh, Why? At least you can get rid of the Persistent Wi-Fi notification.
Reception still terrible :-( :-(
Doing a Factory Reset and then will check it out in more detail.
The screen does look better, though, I give them that (Colors, etc.). The Auto-Brightness seems more aggressive (better calibrated?).
I wonder if S Beam still turns itself off randomly and on every reboot...
What do you mean by "Tabbed Settings?" My S3 had the latest update and never had tabbed settings. My son has the S4 and it does have tabbed settings, but I don't believe the S3 ever did.
All the other carrier s3s had tabbed settings

Dammit, would somebody define what it is their talking about? Post a screenshot.
The one on the left would be an example of all the other carrier versions menus.
And this is actually what I saw on a coworkers phone on Monday. They had it in the early release and then apparently changed it this week sometime before the official release.

Thanks for the clarification. So this is something that the Verizon S3 never had. That's what I was wondering about.
I just tried to turn FoxFi on and was greeted with "Use of this service requires a subscription to Mobile Hotspot or Mobile Broadband Connect. To subscribe use the links below, you can also go to verizonwireless.com."Nooooo! Can someone test FoxFi also?
