Where is the 4.3 Update for the Verizon Galaxy S3?

Lost tethering. Portable Wi-Fi hotspot widget from taiseiko brings up Verizon nag-screen now. Feel the love!
Ok. Everybody reading this thread must now post when they receive and download the update. It is extremely important that everyone does this individually to confirm that they've received it. 
Not touching this update with a 10 foot pole for now. My phone is working great right now, so I'll wait a while and let the rest of you be the guinea pigs.
Anyone have the page addy for the new OS update?

Still does on the Sprint Version. Also does it on the S4, so I'm guessing its not a bug, but a purposeful thing. Super annoying to me as I use that quite a bit with my wife's phone for pictures.
There is a quick toggle for it now when you use 2 fingers to pull the status bar down now though. Don't know if there was one before I honestly never used it lol.

How do I do this and should I? Would appreciate any information on this topic. Do hate that the tethering feature is gone.
Is there anyway to delete the downloaded update? I haven't installed yet but it keeps popping up asking me to install and when I'd like to install. Anyone have any idea where the file is within the phone's storage?
Best way I know is to go through the application manager in settings and select the app and tell it to move to SD card. Someone may know a better way though.
