Why am I unable to print PDF files from my Galaxy Note 5?

I was able to print successfully from my phone to my HP Photosmart printer but I was only able to print when I opened the email and had no option to print the attachment. I downloaded the file,

I located the PDF file I wanted to print until the Samsung -> My Files. I see the documenet under my recent files but when I open it there is no option to print? What am I doing wrong here?

To see the a "print" option on the menues of any application on Android, you have to install a print service plugin. By default Samsung is installed by default, but you can add others. The important stuff is you turn this option on under setting -> Connections -> More Connections settings -> Printing -> Samsung Printing Service Plugin -> [More] -> Add printer -> [ADD PRINTER]. It will prompt by a fantasy/identification name that you want to assign to your printer under Android but, the most important to complete this setup is that you will have to provide a reachable IP address of your printer, in the same network that Android is connected to.

PS:
I am personally looking for a way to setup feature that permits to "save as PDF" when I select "Print" menu entry in any app, after install the above mentioned plugin. That was available in previous Android (kitkat 4.4.1)/Note3, but now in Android 5.1.1 under Note 5, it doesn't work.

Any advise is welcome!
