Why can't I enable my wifi after I flashed a custom Rom?

After flashing custom Rom, wifi cannot be enabled!

I have flashed my Samsung Galaxy Core Duos, but firstly no difference, like the flashing failed. Secondly and mainly, wifi cannot be enabled.... Can u plz help me??

Reflash it. The flashing has to succeed before the ROM will work. A failed flash could have overwritten the wifi firmware then crashed, leaving you with no wifi firmware.

If all else fails, try flashing with the stock ROM (from SamMobile Firmwares). If that fails too, see if your carrier will reflash the phone for you.
