Why can't I receive MMS messages on SG4 mini with Staight Talk from other networks?

I've had my galaxy 4 mini for over a year, I adjusted the APN settings so I could receive MMS messages when I first got the phone. It was working fine until today. I can now only receive MMS messages from phones on the straight talk network. I've tried multiple APN settings but it still won't let me download the message. Any ideas to fix it or why it suddenly stopped working? Thanks
