I have Samsung Galaxy Ace3.
From time to time, the phone does not respond when I try to wake it up.
It could be in my pocket, it could be on my desk doing nothing -- when I grab it and try to wake it up, it will not respond at all. And to get out of this, I either have to force-reboot it (VOLUME+POWER for 10 secs) or remove the battery and place it back.
This happens roughly once a day.
Hopefully related, on occasion, the phone just reboots on its own while I'm using it with no warning or indication -- it just goes black and seconds later the SAMSUNG intro comes up and starts normally.
My phone has become very unreliable because of those two issues. Is there a way to troubleshoot them? Is that normal?
FYI: I am a stock-user, meaning I never mod my phone in any way; it's just as is, and I just install apps on it -- I do not install other OS's or anything.
