Got my iPhone and my Wife's iPhone update the day it was released. Pathetic Google has me waiting ONLY 2 weeks for my Nexus 6.

If I remember correctly, S5 got Lollipop 5 months after released.

That's too be expected. Motorola, lg, htc almost always get updates fast where Sony, Samsung are usually last.. The S5 probably won't get marshmallow till after valentines to be realistic.

Nothing ever makes me think of doing business with Apple. I had to help a friend get his Apple computer repaired under warranty and I'll never deal with them again.

Unsure what apple has anything too do with my response regarding the update of phones? As for apple I would go back to using a standard flip phone before owning a iPhone...

As of October 24th , no update on nexus 6.

Will absolutely switch back to iPhone , although slow updates are not the only reason , but it sure would have helped.

Lol.. U can flash image if you really really want it that bad!!!!!!!! go back to apple then I guess settle is something better than waiting and being patient, sad but your choice your loss!!!!!!

Have you tried pulling the sim card and doing a factory reset?
I haven't tried it for 6.0, but it worked for 5.1. I'm on At&t.
