Your way to update to MD4

Having issues with "verification signature failed". Rooted with MB1. Any thoughts?

Your rooted, are you on stock rooted ROM?

Do you have custom recovery(twrp or cwm)?

Which method did you use 1 or 2?

Stock rooted Spring GS3 on 4.1.2 MD4. Wifi Tether not working. Network is not visible when i scan on ipad. Anyone know a fix? Thanks

Method 2 won't work if you're not rooted.

Some people are running into this verification error with method 1, and I haven't been able to figure out why.

Make sure your current Build # and Baseband are MB1, and that your device status shows as normal.

BTW, your user name threw me for a loop, for a minutes. My neice and her husband's last name is Holtemeyer.

Current on both. Are they in Germany, Ohio, or Missouri?

I don't know if I am doing this correctly. But here goes. From what I have read use post #2. I have rooted GS3. with CWM. After all is done will I still have CWM recovery. All my apps and data, still intact. Dirty Flash. Thanks in Advance for the great work.

Correct. You'll still be rooted and still have CWM. As long as you skip the factory reset step all your apps and data will be intact. Be sure to do a Nandroid backup first, and I'd suggest using Titanium Backup or something similar to back up all your apps and settings, just in case.
