Replaced LCD + Digitizer... Touchscreen still doesn't work

My touchscreen started making a connection somewhere and constantly clicking stuff on my screen so I ordered a new LCD + Digitizer combo and installed it earlier today. The LCD works great but I still can't touch anything on the screen. Also, the power button and Volume Up button seem to work intermittently now that I've gutted the phone and reassembled it a few times now.

I've checked all the connectors for loose seating but everything seems to be secure and undamaged. Is there something I'm missing about installing a new digitizer? Thanks for any help!
