App to disable auto-sync when hotspot is enabled

I am looking for an app to download on my phone that will automatically disable auto-sync when I enable the hotspot. I mainly use my note tablet connected to my phone's hotspot while I'm at work. I don't see the need for data to be synced to both while my phone's hotspot is enabled but I forget to go in my phone's settings to disable auto-sync. It would be great if this app could enable my phone's hotspot and disable auto-sync when I get to a specific location or even at a certain time and disable the hotspot and enable auto-sync when I get to a specific location (time). Any suggestions?
