Verizon's 30 return policy.

Hello, I had a few questions on how to go about returning a phone within the 30 period. I assume that I have to wipe the phone clean and make sure the phone is in good condition, right? Also, can this be done over the phone instead of going to a corporate store? Would I just send back the phone when the new one arrives?

I believe that you have to return it the way that you got it. So if you got it over the phone/internet that is also how you return it. If you got it in a store you have to return it to a store. Im not 100% sure though.

You dont have to wipe the device they can do that there.

Thanks for the response. I did get it on Verizon's site. I guess my best bet would be to call CS.
