The first one was normal,second was HDR,3rd & 4th were normal & the night shot was HDR which for some reason sometimes produces better night shots than night mode. I have very steady hands & when you see the camera focus then you see the OIS kick in ready to shoot.

Just got the phone yesterday and loving the camera so far. Just a few shots a took in my backyard. No edits.

Looks like the HTC pics are definitely on the warm side and the G2 certainly are cooler. The HTC images appear slightly more saturated than the G2. As with any art (or quick phone snapshots) beauty is 100% subjective. Some folks prefer warmer images, some prefer cooler. Both seem to catch a lot of detail for a lowly quick phone snap, which is a darned good thing. I did notice that in the last two images that the HTC blew the highlights pretty evidently where the G2 image although it was a very bright light on the far wall of the store, the G2 preserved the detail without blowing it.

The camera was tested under sunset / night time.

Nope. I have heard I should sell some of my photos./
I actually got into photography 2 years ago. You can kind of see my progression on my instagram (Robfactory)

I too was pushed to root because of XDABBEB's camera MOD. It is hands down the best Photo MOD out there.

His camera mod, Xposed Framework and Dorimanx kernel make the G2 almost perfect.

New to the g2, had it now for a few week so.Took it on our trip to Punta Cana. Thought the results were pretty good.
