It's a little loud at work today.

1 of the reasons I enlisted in the USAF many, many moons ago was my fascination with aircraft. Still love to see these things. Took my son to see the Thunderbirds at Jones Beach this past summer. They were a bit too loud for him...
Saw the Blue Angels practice routine at Jax Beach this past fall. The S23U did a great job capturing some great pictures, so I'm excited to see what the S24U can do in that environment.

So, I just got my S24 Ultra today and took a couple of pics. This is with the 12 megapixel setting.

Now, I did have an issue when outside and selecting the 3X setting. When I did so, the picture became all foggy looking. At 0.6X, 1X, 5X, and 10X, the pictures were fine.
My s22 ultra started doing that .. I chatted and showed pics to Samsung and they wanted me to call - I never got around to it but is why I'm getting a new phone

Well, I just got this one today, so I need to get this figured out. Does the S24 Ultra use a different lens for pictures that are from 3X to 5X? There are 5 lenses on the back.

For all you folks worried about a "washed out" display, I did a side-by-side comparison of the same photos on my S24 (on the left) vs S22 (on the right).

Both phones are turned up to highest brightness, vivid color, as well as "extra brightness." No Adaptive Brightness.

I am hard pressed to see a difference. MAYBE the S24 is barely brighter in the first shot, and MAYBE the S22 has a bit more red in the dog shot and the sunset. Nothing looks "washed out" to me.
HDR photos do show in the old vivid colors. Try doing a comparison with your home screens
