The "What temporary phone are you using while you wait" Thread

I have an iPhone 4, but on Halloween it underwent some water (beer) damage and it's on its last leg so I can't wait for my new device. My lock button doesn't work, and listening to music at the gym is a chore because I have to go into settings every time and enable a volume limit because my up volume key is also busted and randomly gets triggered without me pressing it, so without a limit I'd be doing bench press listening to my jams when suddenly the volume goes alllllll the way up and I'm stuck holding a huge weight over me while my ears are being stabbed with noise.

Using my (soon to be my wife's) Galaxy Nexus. That being said, when my new Nexus arrives on Tuesday (so I'm being lead to believe) what's the best way to sync everything from the Galaxy Nexus over to it?
