Why can these apps make calls, text and emails and change everything?

[Android Central Question]

The app called shell is custom-built and put in my phone and can do anything it can make calls make text emails change calendar event for guests? make phone calls. Phone calls reroute phone calls the same with emails and text it reads the contents of my phone it controls everything inside and I cannot stop nothing and that's just one app there are several apps that do this and it does it all without my knowledge and makes phone calls and receive phone calls and texts without my knowledge consent or anyting my phone goes through about 1 to 2 gb a night
