Will I get the 5.1 on my Nexus 6 from Verizon?

5.1 on Nexus 6 that started with T-Mobile and then was moved to Verizon

Late in 2014, I purchased a Nexus 6 from Motorola and activated it on T-Mobile. Quickly I realized that the coverage was not what I had hoped for. Within the last month I came to understand that my N6 will work on the Verizon network. I changed to Verizon and it works great. My question is regarding android 5.1. Will I even get the update from Verizon? Also, because Verizon had not yet announced availability of the N6, their work around was to put my phone in their system as a Galaxy Note 4.

Since you purchased it from Motorola, you'll get the update from Motorola.
