Is there a battery app that will change settings when you are charging?

I tend to have my phone charging 75% of the day, but when I am not, I want a battery saving app to keep my phone battery from draining too quickly. I am trying to find a battery app that is smart enough to know when my phone is charging, and to be able to automatically change my battery saving settings. So, when I am charging, the screen brightness will be full, wifi is always on, etc., but when I am not charging, it changes the settings to conserve my battery. Most of the ones I use, have different modes, like work, home, night, etc, but none have a one for when you are charging. Any ideas?

Take a look at Llama, it will do what you're looking for and a lot more.
For example, I have an event that will turn off Wi-Fi, set brightness to auto, set volume to max, and start a navigation app, all when it detects that the phone connects to my car's Bluetooth and is charging.

I also have an event that will turn Wi-Fi on and set brightness to 15% when it detects that I'm back home.
