Looking for help.
Traded my s5 for a note 4 and I'm stuck on the edge network. .

Also I feel the phone is very slow. . It's brand new. .
It's my first time with an unlocked phone. .

no worries, will try to help...I'm not that tech savvy either...but since it is fast on WiFi I'm guessing there is incompatibility of the bands. I'm sure there is a way to find out what bands are on ur phone, but I don't know how. so I wud google that and then google what bands att use and see if they match

I believe the SM-910F is the European version.

The AT&T model is the SM-910A.

I don't believe (but I may be mistaken) that the European Note 4 is going to support HSPA, HSPA+, or LTE bands used by AT&T - Europe uses different frequencies.

But you can try taking it into an AT&T store and see if they can re-provision the SIM and maybe get it working.
