Hi I paid a lot of money for this phone and that battery life is very poor as you can see in the image. How is it possible to make the battery life better?Screenshot_20220528-025304_Device%20care.jpg

Your w wireless signal looks really poor. I see only 1 bar. What is the signal strength in dBm?

Poor signal is going to drain the battery.

Did you just get the phone? It will take a few weeks for the battery to adjust to your usage -- and setting things up will take a toll.

Yeah battery life is pretty horrible. I even had power saving on for a few weeks and it was better but obviously getting delayed notifications isn't ideal

I know for a fact that the Facebook app is a serious battery hog. I'm getting about 5.5 hours SOT but it's still better than the Fold3 so I'm content.

Battery life is pretty garbage so far for me on this device. 3.5 hours of SOT with 36% battery left is just plain sad.

Hoping that after it does the whole learn your usage it gets better. Really want to use this phone and enjoy what it can offer. Not worth it when the cost is to always carry a charger or battery bank on a 2022 phone

What do you mean?
How long have you had this phone? Is it just learning your usage cycle?

I think what he is trying to point out is that the phone has been off the charger for 16+hours and you have almost 3 hours of screen on time.

S22 Ultra at the most has given me between 2.5 and 3.5 hours of screen on time within 50% of battery use. That is with usage on Wi-Fi or 5g. I think your phone is just fine.

I just got 1 day 7 hours, and 7 hrs 30 minutes SOT with my regular S22 its possible to get more battery life though you may have do throttle a few things down and turn some stuff off when you're not using it.

I get around 7-730 hours SOT from 100%-20% on my S22+. There are so many apps you can turn off and disable from running in the background. It makes a huge difference. I also use either Facebook Lite or just a Chrome link, and uninstall the main Facebook app and disable all of the background stuff.
