out of those 10,000 none of them belong to this or any other forum? Someone would be on here reporting if they got it. No?

I'm told (by a reliable source) that it was pushed out to 10,000 handsets today, and assuming no problems occur tomorrow, the push will resume on Wednesday.

For those new to android, go to Setting > About Phone > System updates.

Just checked and is downloading now.
