So I accidentally clicked a Chomp Ad while exiting the app. I immediately went back. Could it have downloaded an Android virus?

I highly doubt it. You can download an antivirus from the play store to scan your phone if you don't feel comfortable.

Comodo: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...etails?id=com.comodo.pimsecure&token=ziO_7aFx

AVG: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e.../apps/details?id=com.antivirus&token=o7hJqZ9F

I have Malwarebytes installed on my phone. It came up clean. I think I'm fine then.

Chomp..As in the SMS app Chomp? because i use it instead of my stock messenger so I dont think it has any viruses. Also clicking an Ad shouldnt download a virus unless it says "downloading file" so you're worrying too much. Just an Ad, you're safe.
