We will see what happens when the Note 9 releases and how many of as Note8 users get a big time itch to upgrade. I wouldn't do it, but it will be tempting.

Yeah I have the smaller Pixel. I actually really like it. It's nice having a smaller phone compared to the Note. I don't feel like I'm going to break the screen at all times with the Pixel. About the only things I miss from the Note are the screen quality and brightness, and the battery life. Some of the features would be nice like a better AOD, edge lighting, and scrolling screenshot.
Yes I got the itch, got myself an Honor View 10 and love it.
So much quicker than my Note8 and not so fragile. My Note8 is now up for sale.

Sounds like the Note 9 will have finger print sensor under the screen and overall will be a knockout.
People switching to the s9 might want to stick it out for the Note 9.

I saw another video tonight that said the Note 9 could be released earlier. That they already are testing firmware on the phone now. Like we could have it in our hands mid august! That would make it easier to resist buying the S9 Plus possibly.

If the 9Plus is at $120 down (TMobile anyway), I'm wondering what the down payment will be on the Note 9. Being with Tmobile, that's what's holding me back. I can get the s9Plus at 0 down through Sprint or Verizon, but I have 3 lines and the other 2 lines are teens so that'd be a real treat swapping everyone over to another carrier lol.

Whether that would translate into an earlier release, or if its even true, who knows.
I get the feeling that S9 sales are behind S8 and they need to do something. Maybe.
Allegedly they are a few weeks to a month ahead with the development.

I certainly hope so! I hope we are just over 4 months from the release! I want Note 9 and I want it NOW!!
Yes, though the s9 seems to be struggling with sales. Not even a lot of hype around this phone. People are just not that excited about it like they were with the s8 and Note 8.
