Are you doing Dome Glass, Stock or something else?

I prefer tempered glass. Should get a white Stone dome but don't want to pay that much for a screen protector
Same. Not really wrapping my mind around gluing something to my screen. I am thinking about going back to the liquid protector. The one I used on my note has a $250 warranty if your screen cracks.

The Whitestone glue doesn't stay on your screen when you remove the protector

I hear you , but like mike said glue comes off rather easy , it's not crazy glue lol

I've been using stock screens protector since launch day. Everything is holding up fine.

Had to remove stock protector due to scratches, my fault though. Now going naked, screen is still in pristine shape. Don't really see the need for a $50 screen protector.

For years I went without one of any kind and yeah over the months I'd get a small little mark here and there. It was never anything worth feeling any kind of way about. Most weren't even visible if the screen was on. Just tonight I was looking at the phone thinking I've never even really held it in my hand. I had the case before I had the phone, and I completely agree $50 to $70 for a screen protector is steep. Although it beats the $119 for a new screen... I don't even know what this one would cost.

Update: Just looked it up, there seems to be three layers to the screen. The display, the sensor (digitizer I'm assuming) and a cover glass. The cover glass is $50. The digitizer screen combo is $224. Maybe you can't replace the digitizer alone??? Just FYI if anyone was wondering.

Erm who was the one who was looking for an S10 Plus screen protector from Samsung with O cutout instead of L cutout?

I'm going with MOUS Limitless 2.0 + Samsung stock applied protector.

....and going to hold my breath a lot....

Dome glass is excellent on my S10+. Aside from the nerve-wracking installation, that is.
I did get some mild ghosting on the extreme top and bottom edge showing up after the install but I attribute that to overzealous use of the cleaning wipes. .

No kidding! I was interested in it until I saw the installation video(s), and then my thought bubble went "yeah, I'll be the first one to smear the lens permanently or get a weird bubble dead center for all eternity."

Plus, I hate hate hate hate hate installing screen protectors. The human eyes are designed for detecting imperfections (disruptions in background patterns) and every time my eyes go to it I'll get irked. And for me, redoing them just moves the imperfection elsewhere.

Your going to need to hold your breathe with that slippery case.

Well nothing is more slippery than that phone, and until that case arrives I'm literally leaving my phone home unless I really need navigation help. Such a crazy phone design from a chassis standpoint. Nice to look at, but really, from a functional standpoint, more than a little knuckleheaded. I mean, having the screen curve on the left and right? Who thought of that one, Josef Mengele?

My factory-installed screen protector scuffed in my pocket after a couple days, and I've always been a fan of tempered glass. I'm a little wary of dumping a bottle of glue on my phone, so I got one of the cheapo tempered glass protectors on Amazon - the kind with adhesive around the edges. The fingerprint scanner no longer works, but the glass works well with my case, and face unlock has been working okay for me so far. Not sure if this'll be my long-term solution, but we'll see.

Oh holy moly, that thing was a piece of junk and has been off my phone for a couple months now. Once it cracked, I tried out a Skinomi but missed the feel of glass. Then tried a loca/uv-glue type of screen protector - loved it at first - but my case (Spigen Tough Armor) pushed it up and caused air to get in there. So now I'm back to a Skinomi TPU protector which works well, just isn't smooth as glass. I'm never getting a curved-screen phone again.

To what, the piece of junk I'd never recommend anyone purchase? The brand is Ainope, and it's a tempered glass protector with a TPU (I think) section over the fingerprint reader. Got it on Amazon. Don't buy it.

The glue one I tried is like "Hyazzlz" brand or something like that. It's fine until you put a case on it. Also got on Amazon.

Never pulled the trigger on the Dome or Naked. Picked up some sub-par screen protectors that were reviewed to be just like the OEM one. Well it's not. It's slightly sticky which is totally annoying.

Which brand are you using? I recommend Samsung's film protector. It works well and feels more premium than the average film protector. I think it cost me about $40 with shipping and such; but you get two film protectors so you have a backup.
