Yeah, that's what I was planning to do. Apparently they approve the trade in right there and then. Didn't know if they needed to see it reset...I'm probably overthinking it...lolI'm going to reset mine before I turn it in. They may, or may not, re do it.
Let's go peeps ..make sure you visit your local BestBuy and carriers ..phones are on display ..![]()

I mentioned in another forum that I just came back from playing with both phones again and I find the pixel 7 to be improved on the screen compared to the Pixel 6.. just my observations with my untrained eyes lol.. definitely a nice feeling in hand with the matte sides.. and the flat screen..
I checked out the 7 Pro at Verizon today. I had my S22U with me and compared the display curves. The 7Pro is noticably less curved to my eyes than the S22UBut it's at least a bit less curved than the P6 pro
Pixel 7 Lemongrass.

With all the security on the devices I really couldn't tell to be honest. It does feel lighter than my S22U. But that is not a bad thingDoes the pixel 7's retain that hollow plasticky sound when you tap the screen or back? The s22 ultra feels more premium than the P6 pro. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing IMO.
That how I read it as well but also know that the $700 is in bill credits over 36 months You can't pay it off early either or you lose the bill credits.Asked this in the pre-order thread to no avail...
Can anyone confirm the Verizon upgrade deal? As I read it, it's $700 period (not 'up to') with trade in...and the trade in list includes some oldies and is not condition dependent? Ie: $700 for my LG V30 with chipped (but functional) screen? That seems like an obvious call, if so.
I am having a really hard time pulling the trigger at $750 for the 7 with the 256gb memory. Granted they are offering $100 trade in for my Pixel 2XL but still...
My 2xl is still working fine so there's really no reason to other than for the sake of buying something new which does nothing different. There is still no headphone jack, still no micro-usb storage, both of which were things i really wanted on my next phone. I like the raw android on Pixel though, can't do the Samsung bloatware. I'm just going to hold off for now and see what kind of screaming deals come up around the holidays and black friday etc.
My wife wanted me to get a iphone so we had the same phone type, but i was looking at the prices and NOPE, not doing it. I also can't stand the IOS interface and how hard it is to get photos/files off the device to a desktop.
Realistically...i'll probably just keep chugging along on the 2XL until it stops working.
