Best screen protector?

I have one on right now that I got from Sprint, I love the feel but it only covers the screen, not the buttons at the bottom...

so...

I just ordered this for $2.50 on sale from $9.99 (sale is only 2 more days)
NEW XtremeGUARD?„? HTC EVO 4G Premium Screen Protector - eBay (item 230483771117 end time Jul-04-10 16:02:20 PDT)

and I will also order one of these...
seidioonline.com
... just in case the XtremeGuard is too much to deal with or isn't good

I know buying 3 will add up to what some people say you should spend on a "good" screen protector... but I personally do not want to put on any kind of formula that takes a day to dry on my phone, nor do I want to deal with delicate flimsy cut outs that cover the full body and can come out wrinkled if not applied perfectly. Just my opinion.

I got my phantom skinz 3 days ago, 2 for 7 bucks (there was a coupon). I cleaned my phone immaculately, in a almost dust-free environment. I was super anal about it, I placed the skin on perfectly. There was zero dust. I worked out the airbubbles for over an hour.

Even after 2 full days, and the perfect placement, and no airbubbles, the screen was still hazy as hell. It felt nice and smooth, but screen was pretty hazy and it looked dirty. Also application of the shield is risky, tons of water gets on your device.

I do not recommend phantomskinz.

SGP Steinheil Anti-Fingerprint all the way!! Who else is waiting for them? They are taking forever to be released.

Where did you find a dust-free environment?

Clarivue or Seidio or No Screen Protector?

The Evo is my first smart phone and I feel like I must protect it everyway I can. Both Clarivue and Seidio have good reviews, so what do you recommend? Or do you recommend none at all since the Evo has gorilla glass?

btw, I have already tried screen protectors from radioshack and the sprint store. The Shack ones were sticky and a hassle, the sprint store ones, which are the official evo protectors, cover only the display screen, not the whole thing.

I love my Zagg Invisibleshield, search the forum, there are plenty of comments about all the screen protectors and Seidio Innocases. Good Luck!

Never use Invisible shield, or any screen protector that requires liquid to install. Stay away! I've used them in the past, and if you ever have to take them off after a long period of time they will leave a residue. Check the forums and you will also see people with liquid under the screen or the liquid indicator changing colors, or having Best Buy put them on because they are too difficult. Do it the easy way, get a Boxwave. Easy to put on and take off, and virtually unnoticeable once installed. It also feels like the screen, whereas the invisible shield and similar feel rubbery.

Boxwave baby! :) Mine is on the way. I always use them and they last the life of the device (I never keep a phone more than a year)

waiting on my clarivue to come. ive had them before on my past htc phones and theyre great.

I bought the Seidio cases and screen protector from Amazon which was cheaper than on the Seidio site itself but it doesn't ship for 2-3 weeks so I might get antsy and look for another cheaper source. If anybody knows one please post.
