Can anyone confirm if signature is required? Mine is out for delivery today and all it says from tracking number is "UPS Ground". I'm assuming it would say signature required somewhere on the website when I put in the tracking number but I don't see it. Just curious if anyone that has had delivered yet had to sign or if it was just left at front door. Thanks!! BTW - I ordered 2 days ago and it's already being delivered today. That is impressive!!!

Placed order just after 9pm (PDT) at BB with Verizon midnight black phone. Charged credit card last week. "In progress" and not moving at all. Guess the 9pm door crash pre-order is out of the window and together gone with my 360 samsung video pre-order bonus.

Guess $150 means something. Still waiting...

I was told the same thing. Funny thing is I'm in Wisconsin and I have seen at least 2 people with phones shipping from Wisconsin to other states. Dumb

for reference. I'm in MN, ordered note 8 on sprint in black on 8/30. Phone shipped from WI yesterday. I just got my phone 30 minutes ago.

Anyone know if BB would ship from my local store, which is in Hawaii? I did an online pre-order for a ATT black N8 at about 1:00 am (HST) this morning, and received notice at about 12:45 am (HST) that it shipped. According to the tracking, it's waiting for UPS to pick up...but expected delivery is tomorrow!.......wait.....WHAAAAAT??? I don't want to jinx it, but we never get things shipped that quickly...especially since we're on a rock, out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean! On top of that...it's supposedly being shipped UPS Ground. Usually anything that comes by UPS Ground to Hawaii, takes forever to get here. I just hope that BB is not just messing with me, and that delivery date is correct!...haha!

Looks like I have a unique complaint. I preordered a Verizon/Grey online on 8/24. Like many of you it started "shipping" on Monday, but has shown as "Order processed, Ready for UPS" since Tuesday, with a missed delivery date of this morning.

I've tried chat, phone and Twitter support and they are all worthless.

Now I guess I wait and keep bugging them?
