I don't know about the trade-in, but the discount is correct. It doesn't say "$150 off". However, when you do the math on the monthly payments (which Sprint does not offer for purchase, only lease), you're saving about $150 to $160 off the price Sprint would charge for the phone.

im on the next every year plan with att and currently pay 305 for 4 lines. Would buying from best buy bring my bill down with the $150 off?. i owe $122 to trade it in. or should i just wait? Thanks guys

what do you mean bring your bill down? you will be charged 35 dollars a month for 24 months or 28 for 30 so your bill will likely increase not decrease.

I want to do the same but don't know the procedure.

According to my chat with VZW, you will get some trade-in offer appear in your account after you activate your N8. He recommended doing it in a VZW store rather than online to ensure you get the proper trade-in offer. The guy at best buy confirmed that I had to go through VZW for the trade-in, not Best Buy (he appeared competent).

If you're buying the phone for Sprint (That's the one I know), the difference in payments over 24 months equals the discount. That's if you're buying the phone. If you just want the lease program, you can pay less per month, but you never "own" the phone.

This BB deal combined with the VZW trade in deal sounds too good to pass up! Does anyone know if pre-ordering through BB takes away the ability to upgrade after 50% is paid on the N8 down the road?

So I tried to preorder online and in store and it wouldn't take my IMEI number. I talked to AT&T chat and 1-800 and they are telling me I'm not eligible to upgrade. BUT I AM. I'm a note 7 user who traded down to a S7 Edge last year. I only have 12 payments left (because i paid it down to upgrade) which is the 50% you need to upgrade. Basically they told me to wait until launch. BULL!

Any other Note 7 users not able to preorder?
