sure. that's what happened to me after someone (can't find her name) posted what happened to them. their sequence was identical to mine except that mine arrives on Tues. and hers is arriving today. yay for her and boo for me. I'm sure we'll hear when hers arrives today!

Does anyone have any information about for people that pre-ordered in store if we'll be able to get our phones early? Due to the BB website glitches, I ended up going to to the store to pre-order. I can't view any status online since it's not linked to my online account.

Not yet but BB is having some sort of conference call at one of them because of this.
 
Anybody have ordered UNLOCKED from best buy see any movement yet? Mine still preparing..

Yes, I ordered UNLOCKED Black on the 24th, and moved from progress to Preparing to Shipped all in one day!

It took me a while to get to preparing stage though because my cc (Chase) thought I was a fraud and declined my card.. had to call and fix the issue but now the phone will arrive tomorrow!

so I am being told this is not mobile back office and they dont take calls like this. Any ideas anyone, getting rather frustrated.
 
did you ask to be transferred to the mobile back office?

yes. then I asked for a supervisor and when she came back she said she had contacted the mobile back office and they said there was no device attached to my account. Im still on hold now waiting to be transferred to MBO, if she will. ready to cancel, this is so ridic.

It is ridiculous. First BB experience and it sucks
 
Phone finally made it from Ohio to Florida! A 12 hr drive took UPS 31 1/2 hrs lol. Now the final track to me should take 5 hrs, hopefully I see it in less than 15hrs haha.

On a brighter note, it's closer to me 🤣
