sure. that's what happened to me after someone (can't find her name) posted what happened to them. their sequence was identical to mine except that mine arrives on Tues. and hers is arriving today. yay for her and boo for me. I'm sure we'll hear when hers arrives today!

so I am being told this is not mobile back office and they dont take calls like this. Any ideas anyone, getting rather frustrated.
did you ask to be transferred to the mobile back office?
It is ridiculous. First BB experience and it sucksyes. then I asked for a supervisor and when she came back she said she had contacted the mobile back office and they said there was no device attached to my account. Im still on hold now waiting to be transferred to MBO, if she will. ready to cancel, this is so ridic.
